I am extremely pleased with the quality of repair and turn around. It is 9 years old and driving like brand new again! My beloved Volvo had close to 160k miles, with a quarter of its life spent froading, and really needed some TLC from a proper shop. BCI was suggested by another local shop, stating that BCI was The shop for Volvo servicing and repairs. They were super quick to pull my vehicle around and diagnose the issue. All recommendations are sent via text and easily understood. You can select one, or all, suggested repairs, which is helpful when budgeting. The warranty is 2 years on parts they install, and they have budget loaner vehicles available.
