We had a problem show up suddenly that needed immediate attention before we headed out of town with the car. The Bruce Cox team squeezed us in the same day and got the job done, and we are grateful
for their good work!

I took my 2018 Subaru Outback to Bruce Cox to fix the TPMS. Roberto (front desk) gave me a clean Mazda loaner for the day; I had asked for the Ferrari, but he said it was unavailable. Oh, well. Anyway, the diagnosis and repair process took less than a day. Very convenient for me! I have always been impressed with Bruce Cox’s professionalism, promptness and communication, and today was no exception. They are excellent with Subarus.

The person I made the appointment with was a bit abrupt but today in-person everyone was great. It was nice to see zCharlie again. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the quality way the car was detailed!!@

So great as a woman who knows nothing about cars to have a trustworthy place to bring my car to!

My Volvo was serviced there recently, it was SO great not to have to go to Seattle to the dealership for it AND they saw me the next day, did the same work as the dealer and it was CHEAPER! Wish I found these guys earlier!!!

Thanks for checking out the problems with my car although I think the owner is part of the problem. The other problem is that newer cars are very complicated and it’s very hard to look through a 400 page auto manual to find out what the problem is.
