 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My Tesla model 3 had a message pop up saying to get the battery replaced before driving further. When I clicked on the same message in the phone app it told me to have my car towed to Lynnwood for service, and that it would cost $800 to have it towed, and I would have to pay an unspecified fee for the new battery there. Once my heart settled down I looked it up (yay Reddit!) and found out that in addition to the big battery that powered my 7yo electric car a smaller 12 v battery existed and it needed to be replaced every 4-5 years. In addition it was not the emergency the pop up messages made it sound like. I was relieved to find a few local businesses could take care of it. Roberto at Bruce Cox answered my questions, and he was the only one who could get me in right away. Others said it would take a week to get the Tesla 12v battery in stock. I drove immediately to Bruce Cox and an hour and a half later I picked up my car. It cost a little over half the cost of towing to Lynnwood.
